Arena’s newest option, the soon to be launched Top down/Bottom up (TDBU) for Lift and Lock is arriving next month as part of the new launch. TDBU allows users the ultimate in child safe light control with no dangling operating cords.
Diana Altiparmakova, Senior Product Manager of Design and Development for Arena, explains “The innovative design means users can fully raise the shade no matter where the middle rail is positioned, allowing a complete view through the top, bottom or both. The view is unobstructed as operating cords are positioned at either end of the headrail no matter the width”.
The Lift and Lock ‘TDBU’ blind remains locked in place no matter where the user chooses to position the shade through a very easy to use button adjustment. The TDBU option is available for use with all Arena fabrics – everything from our 10mm Harlem, NEW 20mm Hadley and Essence Double Cell - including partnering with any blockout and translucent for a day-night solution.
The new look collection from Turnils brings depth and dimension in style with the new fabric ranges and colours added – a palette of on trend tones and textures to inspire and illuminate any space. The introduction of Top Down/Bottom Up delivers the ultimate in user centric operating design.

Bringing Fabrics to Life Campaign
We’ve had an incredible response to our ‘Bringing Fabrics to Life’ campaign and are excited to share with you our latest 2017 series – featuring in Window Furnishings Australia Magazine from March this year.
While last year’s campaign was shot in the earthy green surrounds of the Southern Tablelands in NSW, this year we’ve captured the gorgeous coastal scenery of Currarong, a small fishing village 190kms south of Sydney.
The campaign features a series of three full page panoramic photos showcasing our latest fabric collections and capturing the blue hues of the sea, the rocky terrain of ocean rock pools and the greenery of rolling coastal hills.
